Insurance Information

At Lynnwood Family Dentistry we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
 
Our office accepts most insurance carriers except for DSHS and Medicaid.  We otherwise participate with all other dental insurance companies, including Metlife, Aetna, United Concordia, HMA, Principal, etc.  We are preferred providers for: Washington Dental Service (WDS), Delta Dental, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blueshield, and Cigna Radius.
